A quick and elegant dish featuring perfectly roasted salmon and asparagus, infused with fresh lemon and dill.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets and asparagus on the sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus, then sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  6. Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh dill if desired, and serve immediately.
