A modern twist on classic pancakes, these Sheet Pan Pancakes are perfect for feeding a crowd with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: fruits, syrup, whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a large rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
