Delicious and easy Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas with vibrant bell peppers, onions, and tender chicken, all roasted to perfection in one pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas, for serving
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the sliced chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
