Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then coat with the miso-butter mixture.
  4. Sear the salmon in olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.

  7. Serve the salmon with bok choy on the side, drizzling any glaze over the top.

Notes

For perfectly cooked salmon, watch the cooking time closely as it may vary with fillet thickness. Serve with jasmine rice or quinoa.
