An easy yet extravagant salmon linguine dish topped with spicy chilli oil and fresh parsley.

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Boil the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Cook the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, then flake into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Toss the drained linguine with red chili flakes, salt, and pepper in the skillet.
  5. Fold in the flaked salmon to the linguine gently.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For perfectly cooked salmon, look for a slightly opaque center and flaky texture. You can substitute salmon with chicken or vegetables if desired.
