Deliciously crunchy roasted chickpeas, seasoned to perfection for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chickpeas dry on a clean kitchen towel.
  3. Coat the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and cumin.
  4. Spread the seasoned chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Recrisp in the oven if needed.
