Delicious roasted cauliflower steaks, caramelized to perfection, making a stunning and healthy side dish or main course.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into thick ‘steaks’.
  3. Arrange the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
