Delicious roasted cauliflower steaks infused with garlic and paprika, perfect as a main course or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower and sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Slide the baking sheet into the oven and roast the cauliflower for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  7. Serve warm with a drizzle of sauce or on their own.

Notes

For best results, choose a firm cauliflower and allow it to roast evenly. Experiment with additional herbs for varied flavors.
