This roasted cauliflower is a canvas for flavors—with a delightful caramelization and crisp-tender texture, it’s an easy side dish that impresses.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them into a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle the florets with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss the cauliflower to coat evenly with oil and seasonings.
  5. Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  7. Add optional parmesan cheese in the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  8. Remove from oven and serve hot.

Notes
