Vibrant and healthy Rainbow Veggie Wraps filled with fresh vegetables and hummus, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • Whole grain wraps
  • Hummus
  • Sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Shredded carrots
  • Spinach
  • Avocado
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread a generous layer of hummus on each wrap.
  2. Layer the sliced bell peppers, cucumber, shredded carrots, spinach, and avocado in the center of each wrap.
  3. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides.
  5. Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately.
