A delicious and quick quesadilla filled with tender shredded chicken, creamy ranch dressing, and gooey cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Prepare the filling by mixing shredded chicken, ranch dressing, and half of the chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Assemble the quesadillas by heating olive oil, adding a tortilla, topping it with half of the chicken mixture and half of the cheese, and covering with the second tortilla.
  4. Cook the quesadilla until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Slice and serve with remaining green onions.

Notes
