- 2 teaspoons grated ginger

- 4 cups coleslaw mix
Instructions
- Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions; set aside.
- Brown the ground pork with 1/4 cup of sliced green onions in the peanut oil until the pork is fully cooked and golden.
- Whisk together the chicken broth, mirin, dark soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and sriracha until well combined.
- Add the cooked noodles, coleslaw mix, and the prepared sauce to the skillet with the pork.
- Toss everything for 2–3 minutes until well coated; ensure the coleslaw mix is slightly wilted but still crunchy.
- Garnish with the remaining sliced green onions before serving.
