A comforting casserole that offers all the flavors of pizza in a warm, cheesy bake, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 810 slices of pepperoni (optional)
  • 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella, marinara sauce, grated Parmesan, chopped vegetables, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Optionally, add cooked pasta.
  3. Pour the cheesy mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top and layer on the pepperoni if using.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Great with a side salad or garlic bread. Use any available vegetables to customize. Can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
