A rich and creamy Pistachio Cream that transforms any snack into a gourmet delight.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the roasted pistachios in a food processor until they form a paste.
  2. Add powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and a dash of salt to the processor.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides occasionally.
  4. Adjust the consistency with more cream if necessary.
  5. Transfer the cream to a jar and refrigerate to allow flavors to meld.
