  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan to ensure that your cake releases beautifully once baked.
  2. Combine the pineapple cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and crushed pineapple in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool completely in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack.
  5. Once cooled, frost the cake generously with Cool Whip and refrigerate before serving.
