A refreshing blend of pineapple, white wine, and coconut rum, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 bottles white wine (750ml each)
  • 1 cup coconut rum
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients on your kitchen counter.
  2. Mix the pineapple juice, white wine, and coconut rum in a large pitcher.
  3. Add the chopped pineapple and maraschino cherries.
  4. Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Chill the concoction in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
