Delicious bite-sized Philly cheesesteak sliders packed with juicy steak, melted provolone, and sautéed vegetables, perfect for any gathering or cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Sliced ribeye steak
  • Onions (sliced)
  • Green bell peppers (sliced)
  • Provolone cheese (slices)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the sliced onions and green peppers in olive oil until softened and caramelized.
  3. Cook the sliced ribeye steak until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Prepare slider buns by cutting them in half and placing the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the steak, onions, and peppers mixture onto the bottom halves of the buns.
  6. Add provolone cheese slices on top of the filling.
  7. Assemble by placing the top halves of the buns over the filled bottom halves and brush with olive oil.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These sliders are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
