Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in the oats, protein powder, and any optional ingredients until well combined.
