  • 1 box graham crackers
  • Chocolate shavings or crushed peanuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream in a large mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. Prepare the peanut butter mixture by mixing together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture gently.
  4. Layer graham crackers on a serving platter to create a base.
  5. Spread the peanut butter cream over the crackers evenly.
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
  7. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed peanuts before serving.
