A nostalgic peach cobbler recipe that captures the essence of summer with fresh peaches and a buttery topping.

  • 6 cups Fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the peaches by tossing them with sugar and setting aside.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix gently.
  5. Assemble the cobbler by pouring the peach mixture into a greased baking dish and dolloping the batter on top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
