Deliciously crispy Parmesan crusted potatoes that are easy to make and ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half.
  3. In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter and mix it with minced garlic, olive oil, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. On the prepared baking sheet, sprinkle a generous layer of Parmesan cheese in small mounds for each potato half.
  5. Dip the cut side of each potato half into the garlic butter mixture, then press it down onto the Parmesan mounds.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the Parmesan crust is golden and crispy.
  7. Let the Parmesan Crusted Potatoes cool for a few minutes, then gently remove them from the baking sheet.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but leftover potatoes can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
