A delightful chicken dish combining dill pickles, creamy ranch, and Parmesan cheese for a crispy, flavorful meal.

  • 1/2 cup dill pickle ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken with the dill pickle ranch dressing.
  4. Prepare the topping mixture by mixing Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
  5. Adhere the topping mixture onto the coated chicken breasts.
  6. Sear the chicken in an oven-safe skillet with heated olive oil over medium heat.
  7. Golden sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
  9. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
