A comforting and hearty Chicken Parmesan Casserole that combines tender shredded chicken, rich marinara, and gooey cheese for a simple yet indulgent meal.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces cooked pasta (optional)
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Layer half of the chicken mixture in a greased baking dish.
  4. Add a layer of half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture.
  5. Incorporate your cooked pasta if using.
  6. Repeat with the remaining chicken mixture and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Top with grated parmesan cheese and the remaining mozzarella.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
