Delicious, easy-to-make Parmesan & Rosemary Crackers that are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the flour, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and chopped rosemary in a bowl.
  3. Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Gradually add the water until the dough comes together.
  5. Roll the dough out between two sheets of parchment paper until thin.
  6. Cut the dough into desired shapes.
  7. Arrange the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crisp.
