Delightful no-bake Oreo truffles blended with cream cheese and coated in chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz chocolate (dipping chocolate or chocolate chips)
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush those Oreos into fine crumbs.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Chill the truffle balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
  6. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  7. Festively top the truffles with crushed Oreos or sprinkles.
  8. Harden the chocolate-coated truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for a month, separated by parchment paper.
