  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup (do not add water)
  • 10 ounces egg noodles
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups rotisserie chicken (diced)
  • Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. Combine the chicken stock and chicken bouillon, stirring well.
  3. Stir in the cream of chicken soup until combined and smooth.
  4. Add the egg noodles, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  5. Cook the noodles for 8-10 minutes until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  6. Mix in the diced rotisserie chicken, combining flavors.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For a shortcut, opt for pre-diced rotisserie chicken to cut down on prep time. Add frozen peas or sautéed mushrooms for extra veggies.
