A comforting and creamy one-pan pasta dish featuring shredded chicken, white cheddar, and honey for a delightful evening meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Toss in the cooked chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add the shredded white cheddar cheese, stirring until it melts into the sauce.
  7. Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes
