- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz blue curaçao
- 1 oz blueberry puree
- Whipped cream for topping
- Pineapple slice for garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, and coconut cream with ice. Shake well until chilled.
- Pour the mixture into a glass.
- Slowly layer blue curaçao and blueberry puree on top of the mixture to create swirls.
- Top with fluffy whipped cream and garnish with a pineapple slice.
