A delightful no-bake dessert featuring a creamy filling and fresh strawberries, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup strawberry jam
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Stir the lemon juice into the strawberry jam until smooth.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Spoon the strawberry jam layer over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  7. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture and smooth the surface.
  8. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the pie.
  9. Refrigerate the pie for at least 240 minutes or until set before serving.
