A delightful No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie with a creamy filling and a crunchy graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 premade graham cracker pie crust
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 4 oz additional whipped topping
  • Chopped salted peanuts (optional, for garnish)
  • Chocolate sauce (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, and confectioners’ sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Fold in 8 oz of whipped topping until well incorporated.
  3. Fill the graham cracker crust with the prepared peanut butter filling.
  4. Add the additional 4 oz of whipped topping on top of the filled pie.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Garnish with chopped salted peanuts and chocolate sauce before serving.

Notes

Make sure to use softened cream cheese for easy blending. If desired, customize the pie with chocolate ganache or sliced bananas.
