A creamy No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie that combines rich peanut butter and cream cheese for a delicious, easy-to-make dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • Chopped peanuts (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth in a large mixing bowl. Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture gently until no streaks remain.
  6. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  8. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top before serving, if desired. Garnish with chopped peanuts.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing. Adjust sweetness by changing the amount of powdered sugar. For a lighter texture, fold the whipped cream gently.
