A creamy, dreamy no-bake dessert that combines peanut butter and chocolate, resting atop a graham cracker crust—a perfect indulgence for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 cup Confectioners’ sugar
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Create the Graham Cracker Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a pan and then refrigerate it.
  2. Whip Up the Peanut Butter Mousse: In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, peanut butter, and confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Assemble the Mousse Layer: Pour the mousse over the chilled crust, spreading it evenly. Return it to the refrigerator for about an hour.
  4. Prepare the Rich Chocolate Ganache: In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until simmering. Pour it over the chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
  5. Enrobe with Chocolate Ganache: Carefully pour the ganache over the mousse, spreading it to cover completely.
  6. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for an additional 2-3 hours or until ganache is set. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

For an even easier crust, use pre-made cookie crumbs instead of making your own. Ensure your cream cheese is softened for easy blending.
