A creamy and satisfying No Bake Cheesecake that is easy to make and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Optional: fruit topping or chocolate sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Cream the cream cheese until smooth and add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and chill for at least 4 hours.
  7. Serve the cheesecake with your choice of fruit topping or chocolate sauce.

Notes

For best results, let the cheesecake set overnight in the refrigerator. It can be customized with different flavorings or toppings.
