  • 150 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 g Maria cookies
  • 235 ml coffee or espresso
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare your coffee. Brew your favorite coffee or espresso and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Sweeten the mix by gently folding in the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream.
  4. Combine cocoa by sprinkling it into the cream mixture and folding gently.
  5. Prepare the cake layers by quickly dipping each Maria cookie in the cooled coffee.
  6. Assemble the cake by layering dipped cookies followed by a layer of cream mixture.
  7. Chill to perfection by refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
