A flavorful and simple dish featuring kielbasa sliced in a hasselback style, glazed with mustard and spices for a delightful twist.

Ingredients

  • Kielbasa
  • Mustard
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the kielbasa in a hasselback style, making deep cuts but not cutting all the way through.
  3. Mix together the mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the mustard glaze over the sliced kielbasa, getting into all the crevices.
  5. Place the kielbasa bites on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with toothpicks for easy snacking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
