A vibrant and flavorful stir-fry with ground beef, noodles, and colorful vegetables, all tossed in savory sauces.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Green onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Increase heat and add ground beef; cook until browned.
  5. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  6. Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce, stirring to combine.
  7. Fold in the cooked noodles until well mixed.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Use pre-cut or frozen mixed vegetables to save time. Don’t skip the garnish for added flavor.
