Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini pie pan.
  2. Combine the milk, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the flour, lemon juice, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
