  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crumbled Cotija cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Grill the corn by preheating your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the corn for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  2. Prepare the sauce by combining mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, and a sprinkle of salt in a bowl until well-blended.
  3. Coat the grilled corn with the creamy sauce while it’s still hot for extra warmth.
  4. Add the crumbled Cotija cheese over each ear of corn.

Notes
