  • 6 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, romaine)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the steak on the grill or pan-sear to your desired doneness, then let it rest before slicing.
  2. Prepare the greens by combining mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives in a large bowl.
