A vibrant Mediterranean Hummus Bowl topped with fresh vegetables and crumbled feta.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Spread the hummus evenly in a bowl.
  2. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives on top.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese generously over the top.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the bowl.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
