Sweet and tangy Maple Dijon Roasted Carrots that transform ordinary meals into extraordinary celebrations.

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Coat the baby carrots in the glaze mixture.
  4. Arrange the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes
