A vibrant and refreshing Mango Matcha Chia Pudding that combines creamy texture with the tropical flavor of fresh mango.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix together the chia seeds, almond milk, matcha powder, honey (if using), and vanilla extract in a bowl. Stir well.
  2. Allow the mixture to sit for 10-15 minutes to thicken.
  3. Spoon the matcha chia pudding into a glass or bowl, then layer with diced mango and top with more pudding.
