A vibrant and spicy sauce combining the sweetness of mango with the heat of habanero peppers and the fragrance of garlic.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 2 habanero peppers, chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather & prepare your ingredients by dicing the mango, chopping the habaneros, and mincing the garlic.
  2. Combine everything in a blender or food processor including the diced mango, chopped habaneros, minced garlic, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Blend until smooth. Add a splash of water if needed for desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt as needed.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

Versatile and can be used as a glaze, dip, or marinade. Store leftovers in the fridge.
