A luxurious and creamy Lobster Thermidor recipe that brings the exquisite dining experience home.

Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters, cooked and cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) so it’s ready for our delicious dish.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the chopped mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Fold in the lobster meat and mix until well combined.
  6. Spoon the lobster mixture back into the emptied lobster shells.
  7. Top the stuffed shells with the remaining Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
  8. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the topping is golden and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Pair with a crisp green salad and a chilled glass of Chardonnay for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
