A hearty breakfast with crispy hashbrowns, gooey cheese, and baked eggs, perfect for starting your day on a delicious note.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage (optional)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the hashbrowns evenly in a baking dish.
  3. Add the cooked bacon or sausage on top (if using).
  4. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the hashbrowns and meat.
  5. Crack the eggs on top, being careful not to break the yolks.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with chopped green onions and sour cream or Greek yogurt if desired.
