  • 1 pound of ground chicken or turkey
  • 1 cup of diced vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, water chestnuts)
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
