A delightful and aromatic dish of salmon fillets baked with a zesty lemon herb mixture, perfect for any occasion.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the lemon herb mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  5. Top each fillet with lemon slices.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes
