A quick and flavorful lemon garlic salmon recipe that brings gourmet taste to your weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 cloves of minced garlic, the zest of 1 lemon, and the juice of the same lemon in a small bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the lemon garlic mixture over the salmon fillets evenly.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use wild-caught salmon for the best flavor. Do not overcook; it should remain slightly pink in the center.
