A delightful fusion of succulent shrimp cooked in a rich, buttery sauce, brightened with the fresh zing of lemon and aromatic garlic.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Increase the heat to high and add the shrimp to the skillet.
  4. Sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink.
  5. Squeeze the lemon juice over the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
