Ingredients

  • Pound cake
  • Lemon curd
  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Cut the pound cake into cubes.
  2. Layer half of the pound cake cubes in a trifle dish.
  3. Spread half of the lemon curd over the cake layer.
  4. Add a layer of fresh blueberries over the lemon curd.
  5. Top with half of the whipped cream.
  6. Repeat the layers using the remaining ingredients.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
